Detailed High Neck with Tie Formal Mini Dress

Lydia Bright mini dress with amazing detailed neckline. Ties in the back with cap sleeves and a fun skirt bottom. Color is red with a little hint of burgundy (not pure red). Lined at the bottom, more sheer at the sleeves. Unaltered, no stains, rips or snags. Sizing says 8 on the tag but I wore when I was sizes 0-6. The one thing I'll note is it's best with a small chest as the detail at the top is fitted. A fun dress to wear to homecoming, prom, a dinner gala or another formal event!
