Here we have a NOS (new old stock, from an entire shop inventory we purchased - new with tags) Leather motorcycle racing jacket. Made in Detroit by Reed Sportswear fir Detroit Manufacturing (super premium local brand). Cafe style racer in original 60s pattern, hand-cut leather, sewn in Detroit, with satin quilt lining, action-back (pleated, expandable shoulder for riding comfort, with internal snap-back elastic) This pattern was originally created by Reed for use on BUCO brand jackets (1960s) , then Reed Leather Jackets (60s-90s) and Brooks Leather jackets (70s-90s) -Suede in leather appliqué "Bandit" style shoulder-to-arm stripe in tone-on-tone black. -Military-spec Velcro flag patch on Breast above left pocket (plus four different Velcro-back City of Detroit flag patches - or use your own flag) Rare 100% Detroit made jacket.
