Devan Vintage Mandarin Collar Embroidered Blouse

Worn a couple of times. Has very light yellow underarm marks. Reads size 8 but runs smaller, more like a 6 and fabric doesn't provide stretch. Measurements: 36" chest (18" flat) - 22" length from shoulder. Circa 2001.
