Devernois full length size 12 women's dress

This is a size 12 full length women's dress made by Devernois. The fabric is lightweight and appears to be polyester. Dress is 17 inches from shoulder to shoulder and has 24 inch sleeves. Dressed is pre-ownwd but in excellent condition.
