So,so cute this Dex black skirt with wonderful embroidered flowers and vines in whites, reds, pinks and greens. The material of the skirt is so soft, a microfiber. Zipper down the fron works. What a statement piece. Wear this with black leggings, heels and black sweater and you will be turning heads. Tag states size Medium. The waist is 31 inches and the length is 16”. New, with tag, never worn just been in my closet. I am downsizing my collection due to moving.
