can u tell me..is the sleeve measurement from the shoulder seam to the cuff..or from the top neck to the cuff? since the length is 25 I want to be sure they arent too long. ..also. is this washable? thanku!!!

@caryl1 It would be best to take to a Dry cleaner as it has so much beading. I will pull it down tomorrow and remeasure on sleeves. My mother and sister passed so it may take some time to get the measurements. I believe it was 25 from shoulder seam
