Self obi belt. 3/4 lined in gorgeous maroon silk/rayon blend. There’s a bit of a train on this. About the designer/label. London based Dhela was the brainchild of Daniella Helayel (founder of Princess Kate’s favorite dress line Issa). Sadly both labels are out of business so this is a rare piece you won’t find out there. Especially new. Dry clean only.
