Diamond Heart Key Pendant

This is a genuine diamond heart key pendant purchased from Devons Jewelers a few years back. It has a .09 carat total weight of diamonds on the key itself. The chain is sterling silver .925 and 18 inches in length. The pendant itself is made of a material known as Platina 4, which is a combination of 90% sterling silver and then the remaining 10% is a combination of platinum, gold and palladium. This necklace has been worn twice in total.
