Additionally, she is a Jewelry expert GIA Gemologist Honors Insurance and advanced Diamond grading with 30 years of experience, she stated that this was a significant piece, it's a lab grown diamond and that the maker's mark has been is on the list as an unidentified artist. But it is known by other gemologist. (see photos). While she is a well known and respected gemologist, because her assesment came from photos, the information on this ring is not guaranteed. We can tell you that the ring was purchased at a very reputable Jeweler in Carmel, CA. At the time of purchase, the Jeweler and Artist of the ring stated it was platinum and a Lab Grown Diamond. That was in the year 2004. However, we believe as does the gemologist, that this is 14K white gold. I believe it might also be silver and a CZ. Again, this is not guaranteed. The sparkle it puts out in an array of rainbow colors is fabulous and the precious metal the stones are set in is gorgeous as well.
