Diamond wedding band

This is genuine diamond and sapphire wedding band set in 14k white gold,bought it at estate sale,ring is size 8,I had it sized w jeweler (was smaller)jeweler told me it’s custom made from 1920’s,very high quality stones and craftsmanship,there are 5 sapphires and 4 diamonds,each stone is individually set,I believe it’s .10 ct each stone,never had it officially apprised,I don’t have box 4 it,stones are very sparkly and hard to tell on pic
