Diane Dickinson VTG 80s Pink Blue Purple Mohair Plaid Maxi Coat Gorgeous Bust-45. Gorgeous vintage 80s mohair maxi coat, made by designer Diane Dickinson circa 1980s. The coat is made of the most wonderful mohair in pink, blue and purple. The plaid is very muted and with the long mohair fibers, it creates such a lovely effect. The coat is classic style with hidden side pockets and it is fully lined lined. The coat is open style with a large coat button on each side of the front opening. It looks like this was modified from a faux double breasted look, probably in order to allow more room at the waist and hips. All buttons are still present if you want to convert it back, but I rather like the open style which lends to more comfort and movement when wearing the coat. The coat has its original tags, including the Union label tag which authenticates its decade, and content tag showing the coat is 70% mohair and 30% wool. It is tagged a size 8 but will fit a larger size. Use measurements provided to guarantee fit.
