Diane Freis Original Vintage 80s Pleated Georgette Print Midi Dress Size L XL Maximalist hot color print from the 1980s. Puffy poet sleeves with pleats that have inserts of green, red and pink.  Skirt has 3 pleats front and back that have slits. Ruched elastic waist that stretches easily from 10" measured flat at rest to 18". Bust measures 21" measured flat. Shoulder pads have snaps to hold undergarment straps. Diane Fries made her early dresses in a style that was one size fits all. I am a modern L-XL and 5'10" and this fits me like a dream.
