Incredible never worn Diane Freis black floral and sequin maxi dress. Sheer sleeves with a surplice chest, elastic waist, full maxi skirt, and tassels at neck. Black base with green, pink, and pink floral motif. Sequin accents throughout. Shoulder pads with snaps to keep bra straps hidden. Front tassels are still wrapped in plastic.
