Layered fabric at shoulders for a graphic interest and the classic DF beaded tassel ties. Long sleeve dress has elastic at waist and arms both in good condition. Overall excellent used condition. Comes with an incredible extra long matching scarf that’s more than long enough to wear as a belt tied.
