Diane Love had a boutique on the upper east side of Manhattan during the 1970's. Jacqueline Kennedy was one of her customers and when a photograph of Jacki "O" was published with the former first lady wearing a Diane Love bag, Love's bags became the "it" bag to have. Her bags were also sold at Bloomingdale's.
