Diane Richards California vintage puff shoulder black velvet jacket weekends 10

Diane Richards California black velvet jacket with cute puff shoulders. Has belt loops- meant to be worn partially open, no buttons or snaps. I never had the belt to this, just used my own. I believe this is 80s vintage. Size 10 but please refer to measurements to ensure proper fit. Measures approximately 19" arm pit to arm pit and 22" top to bottom. Good gently used condition- you can see a slight line where the belt would sit but otherwise very good condition.
