The last 2 pics are from the RealReal website where a brown version is selling for $175. Measurements when dress is laid flat: Full length: 40.5 inches Waist: 13 inches Armpit to armpit: 15 inches Butt area: 16.75inches Dress has a little bit of stretch. In good condition, but has some loose threads here and there.
