Diane Von Furstenberg Maroon/Dark Link dress with zipper on shoulder . Size 4

Bought this dress at a thrift store for 35 dollars and never wore it. I’m not sure if it’s missing a bottom part or the zipper is just there for style. Anyway taking another. It’s super cute but doesn’t fit me
