New with tags. Mixed Media DVF black wool dress. There are spaghetti straps but then the arm also goes through a little "sleeve" on the scarf. The scarf is part of the dress and can be worn in a number of different ways to create different looks. The scarf is also trim at the bottom of the dress. Fantastic dress! Dress is 100% wool.
