DVF does it again! This 1940s inspired flutter sleeve, sweetheart neckline midi dress has two slits on the bottom of the skirt that hit just above the knee. The flutter detail at the waist, mimics the sleeves beautifully and creates a gorgeous formfitting silhouette. There is a zipper in back.
