Diane Von Furstenberg blue and black lace cocktail dress with deep V. Worn once to cocktail party. Dress is fitted and low cut. Top feels secure with the waist detail. Small slit in the back of the dress (see photo). Would be pretty for wedding or event. I think this could be worn year round depending on location.
