Diane Von Furstenberg for Target New Halter tie neck yellow dress. Medium.

I didn’t know Target’s return policy was different for designer collab pieces so I can’t return this dress. I’m 5”5 and 150 pounds and it fits fine-but it’s missing that WOW factor. I love the color and print and style. Can be worn with or without the belt. Official Target description is “Women”s halter tie neck ginkgo yellow sweater knit midi dress-DVF for Target” size Medium. Clean. New. Tags attached. Nonsmoking home. Pretty on me but want it to be prettier on someone else. Also, not trying to gauge anyone-just trying to get my money back. :)
