@cindylp1 hi so sorry for the delay. It is not a very scratchy wool, I would say it is a softer wool but it is not merino (at least the tag does not say, it just says 100% wool). I am fine in it and don’t notice it being itchy or bothering me. The dress is on the thinner side and it does not feel like a heavier wool sweater dress. Let me know if that helps!
