@1fancyann all measured flat: so the waist is the best part because it expands! It’s 10.5” but you can make it as tight as you want since there are ties stitched on the inside- expands to 17”, neckline to front hem is 30.5”, sleeve length is 19” but if counted with ruffles the. 21”. Hope this helps!x
