Sleeves can be worn down or up as shown. Sash can be worn around the waste, as a bow around the collar or as a hair accessory like a matching twilly. 39” length from top of collar to bottom. 13.5-14” from shoulder seam to seam. 23” from should seam to bottom of sleeve. Doesn’t fit me well post quarantine.
