Diane von Furstenberg Skirt - stained

Diane von Furstenberg Skirt Style Pleats Please (With Leather) Size 10 Retail 225 Includes a zipper closure on the side and it had a hook and eye, but it is missing the hook. Has leather around the waist and on the hem of the skirt. The leather has peeling on it in multiple areas as seen in pictures. There is a stain towards the bottom of the skirt (last two pictures). The stain can also be seen on the inside (second picture is of the same stain but from the inside). Skirt still has tags attached, but minor flaws should be taken into account before purchasing.
