A vintage DvF swirl skirt. I believe the waist no longer has the stretchy business it used to have, as it measures 17.5” laid flat, or fitting a 35” waist. So skinny gals will belt it!
Measurement waist to hem is 23.5”.
the silk parrot print is very retro gorgeous and would look fabulous with a simple black top.

Thanks for reviewing my offer. I know it was low but since it’s lost the elasticity in the waist it will require some work from a tailor so I thought I’d give it a shot. I may think about it and come back to you!
