Diane von furstenberg heels (BRAND NEW)

Black heels, cris cross straps, side buckle (Made in Italy). Never worn, giving up because they’re slightly too big for me. I bought them because I didn’t think the half size too big would bother me. But they do :( The bottom of the shoes say “9B” however, they seem more like a 71/2 or 8 to me.
