sebq That's a brilliant idea. I apologize for not getting right back to you but my young husband who was born with a bad heart which we thought was corrected in the 90's started not being able to breathe the other night and he has heart failure now so I have been here everyday at the hospital. Nightmare and I'm a Registered Nurse so when I can't help him I'm scared

sebq You know I could take the heaviest and put it with the lowest in weight. I'm going to weigh them when I go home and see what they weigh together plus packaging. sebq Omg, me too. Hated cardiac & ortho. Then u will understand. He had WPW at birth. U probably wouldn't know it unless you knew cardio but u can be laying in bed in NSR and all of a sudden shoot to 290 beat per minute. We had it ablatrd in the 90's. He's been fine but kately he's Ben getting SOB. The other night he couldn't breathe so I rushed him to ER. He just had a CXR that was reported clear 2 weeks ago. Going to next

sebq ER sent him for CXR and after gave Lasix. He felt like a new man. Even his kidneys felt better but after that other tests showed CHF. I broke down. So they admitted him. Other tests but his BP is sooo low they can't give him Lasix now so we r between a rock & a hard place. They sent him to nuclear to r/o pulmonary embolism. Now he's wearing an external defibrillator and waiting for these nurses to d/c him

sebq Oh, by entirely "eat their own,". At least in Fl where I live, we are such a melting pot bcuz we have nurses mostly from other countries so they tend to stay with their own and refuse to work as a team. I worked charge more then I wanted and they refuse to listen or help others out of their own group and if I said the next ER patient is yours they would flat out refuse. Team work is better work I feel. I did travel nursing and saw the difference in other states where they help each other.😊

sebq He had an awful time sleeping with it. What has been a little scary is that twice in the hospital as soon as I left and I was there from morning til late night, he called me and had just been coming out of being confused. Last night when he woke up for about a minute he was asking me what this thing was he was wearing. Have to ask Dr. Any ideas??

sebq What a nightmare. Just one of his medications is $300 and insurance won't cover it. Pharmacist showed me what computer said and it said, not approved unless patient in hospital near death. Have you ever. This Obamacare is a joke. I broke when I saw that. He has xanax ordered but he just takes it for sleep if he needs it. He came home. He hates the external defibrillator. It's uncomfortable as hell

ldk4 @sebq from neuro i went to critical care out patient medicine which mainly was pulmonary including pre and post lung transplants. Then ambulatory clinics in different specialties then hospice and now i work with the area on aging in Cleveland.... no i am not old! You?

One boy comforted me while I cried hanging his blood & platelets while he's bleeding out and then died. That was it. I had to leave pedi
