The denim is washed using the new shade technique that creates the fading throughout the thigh. The denim is then manually scraped along the pockets and throughout the pant to enhance the worn in look. Then the knee opening is carefully hand abraded to give a natural ripped knee effect and a special manual scraping technique is applied to the back of the knee to finish the vintage worn in effect.
