Leo’s Little Learners was created by my son's curiosity and imagination which transformed me as an educator, even more so as a person, & of course, a mom. I have a new-found love for creating & designing early learning experiences ☼ that blend imagination, play, joy, & foundational skills. Dump! Explore! Feel! Play! Make a Scene! This small but mighty sensory-based learning jar focuses on the letter Dd but can be used to support other letter recognition and sound practice. There is also a huge emphasis on free play, and play extensions (like develop a play)! You can even re-use this as an I-Spy Jar! The goal besides fun & engagement, is for your little one to explore the “gems” (Leo loves gems) of early literacy, and to end up having a whole toolkit of activities at your hands that you can adjust according to where your little one is.
