Dikton's cardigan sweater size 48/m?

in great condition. no size tag or material tag. this sweater is nice and thick and warm. it feels like wool but I can't be 100% sure. please confirm fit with measurements provided before purchasing. I'm a medium and it fits great. can also fit a small but looser.
