Dilanni black lace cocktail dress 3X plus size NWT

Make me an offer! NWT beautiful Dilanni black lace party dress. Perfect for cocktails, New Years Eve (NYE), or a special dinner. Soft, feminine lace with flattering ruched waistband and A-line skirt; fully lined except sleeves. Scalloped lace edges on neckline, sleeves, and bottom hem. The lace is in great shape all over including hem and cuffs. Pictures of lace at hem and cuffs included. There is a small thread at the shoulder that is sticking up but it's fixable (See picture. Thumb included for reference size). I couldn't find any snags on the dress. Size is 3X plus size. I have included the manufacturer's size chart for reference. Measurements of the dress below are approximate, but should be fairly close (I didn't want to tug on the lace too much.
