Dillards Blue Formal Dress

Gorgeous blue formal dress that would be great for homecoming, prom, wedding or any formal event! only worn once, it does have ribbing with see through details on the stomach area and is a corset back so the size is adjustable!! i am willing to negotiate on the price! (small little rip at the bottom of dress but can easily be taken off or fixed)
