Dillard’s layered, off the shoulder white dress with blue flowers 💐 NEW (small)

Light and flowy with adjustable spaghetti straps and fitted off the shoulder sleeves. Dillard’s “Love & Piece Collective” line, the bottom of the dress has lace flowers in blue. Would make a great future graduation dress. Size small, fits more like a medium…(I ended up with extra small and am usually a medium)
