Dillard’s long flowery dress

I bought this Stilletto’s flowery long dress from Dillards at Scottsdale Fashion Square mall. Navy blue. Size small. Has a slit opening that goes to the thigh. Only wore it once. Needs easy sewing on one side of the string, see pic. Good condition.
