annmorris @usaholly thanks for asking! 1 5/8" thick a little over 2.5" internal width for what it's worth, I'm not petite (5'9" and sturdy!) and it fits perfectly but also - it fits my skinny and smaller sister with much smaller wrists too so somehow they have engineered the measurements to work on *most wrists* hope that helps!
