Directly from New Orleans never worn! Bran new!

A gift from my mother while she was in New Orleans doesn't quite fit my style anymore, but it's a lovely shirt with gemstone embroideries on the front and lots of little hidden designs throughout the shirt or tank top I should say it's a High-low shirt, just looking for a good home that'll put it to the use that it deserves!
