When you ship an item, there should be absolutely no space for items to roll around. So when I opened a 12x3x13 box and pulled out a cracked eyeshadow pot the size of a quarter... I get disappointed that I spent six bucks for a crappy shipping job. Learn to ship SMART! #smartshipping

Today someone purchased some slippers and I went to see the account the notification showed but the account wasn't found as if it was deleted but when I followed the sale from the notification to print the label it showed another buyer and that account is active.
It shows two different people on the sale. Is that something to be concerned about?
