they're bigger than that... I typically wear an 8 or 8.5. and I have to go to 9:00 if it's a narrow shoe cuz I have wide feet... I bought these and they were too big..... I couldn't even pretend.. so I'm saying they're probably true to size.... I had been kind of hoping they ran a little small
