Discovery Mini Dress

Size S, NEVER WORN. I bought the wrong size by accident and the day I was going to wear it, I broke off the tag. I couldn't return it then. Overall the dress is tight and it has some see through lace by the waist. It has a light blue under layer. The material is lace with a flower design.
