Were they cut off then? I'm asking because I've seen this same exact dress but it has straps at the top so it will stay up since the sleeves come down off the shoulders somewhat. I just want to make sure it would stay up for my five year old. Thanks

@jules10_4 it stays little off the shoulders. But mu daughter worn it off the shoulder and on the shoulder I think it depends in the weight of the child in my opinion
