katbaer Hi! It's no bother at all! I've never used the battery pack. It's still wrapped in its original packaging. Everything about it is new. So I assume it will work as it should. I'd be happy to send along 2 replacement batteries if you like. I bought the backpack, took it out of the bag for photography purposes, and put it back into the bag. I have not taken it out of the bag since then. I bought it in April. You can see some photos online of how it lights up. Very pretty!

BUT I have one more, exactly the same, exactly the same situation NWT, kept in a Disney bag, etc. I will list it in the next day or two. katbaer Hi there- yes I still have it and I finally sourced a sturdy box. I think in theory a pickup/dropoff is a cool idea, but Poshmark tracks the shipping. No idea if we can get around that part. I'll list the backpack tomorrow, and will give you a heads up.

karenpeterso943 Hi Wow I recieved the items so quickly- thank you so much. It is so beautiful but there is a problem- it smells like perfume & the smell is so strong & bothers my nose. I asked you if it smells like anything & you said no:( I would like to return it to you I really can't keep it. So sad 😞 😥 😢 😔 😪 💔

katbaer @karenpeterso943 Hi, sure you can return it. It's only been in the bag since I purchased it. I don't wear perfume (due to allergies), but perhaps the bag has a weird plastic scent. But it's important for you to be happy with it and if you're not, it's ok. I think you can print a return label and send it back without issue. I'm so sorry it didn't work out. :-(

katbaer @karenpeterso943 Don't feel too bad. You have that sensitive nose for a reason! And I wouldn't want you to be unhappy with the backpack. I never though to give it a sniff test. A summed it would be safe in the bag.
