Disney Themed Nautical Twirl Dress

This dress was custom made for my daughter. She wore it when she was 4 and it was meant to be made short, keep in mind it’s on the shorter side. You can wear a petticoat or tulle skirt under the dress to make it fuller. She also is a bit smaller. It has a band around the waist. Coming from a smoke free home. Please fair offers.
