Disney Tim Burton Nightmare Before Christmas Skirt with Pockets 2XL

This beautiful skirt was a purchase to get ready for the school year, but the school year has taken a more casual turn, and this skirt has yet to make it out of my closet. The measurement for the waist is already listed in a photo. The fabric is quite stretchy, but the waistband is not. It has a zipper and button closure in the back and very deep pockets!
