Disney black & white polka dot polyester skirt, 2T

Adorable skirt fun for any little girl that loves to dress up and spin and twirl! Large black polka dots on a sheer material with a white and black polkadot sheer material underneath. It has a black lining, an elastic waist, red trim on the edge with an adorable red bow in the front. A couple of minor pulls in the string that just shifted the color on some of the polka dots, it is very minor and hard to notice. (See pictures) Otherwise in excellent condition! No rips or holes. #2
