Gently worn a couple of times before I outgrew the size. The company is a hard to find gem. These boots have a comfortable heel height and most importantly, easy to walk in. You won't feel the heel wobble like other brands. The zipper is firm and will never inch its way down. Slight wear on the sole and heel.
