Distressed cut-off denim shorts

They say size 7 but they're definitely not. I'm a size 1 or 24 and they fit me perfectly. They're stretchy too. My cousin gave these to me after just buying them cause they didn't fit her. I've never worn them except to try them on. They're Miley Cyrus brand from Walmart but they're still cute and great quality! They're super soft on the inside.
