These leggings have holes with material behind them or a black overlay / underlay behind them. They are a little shiny and the material is a lot like tights, LOTS of compression and very tight and stretchy. They are a 1X/XL and run a little small, if you are a medium or large these would probably fit you. NWT, new with tags never worn or washed.
