They aren't tight around the calf but they don't fall down either. They are 5 inches from the knee I hope that helps

I have to laugh. I’m same way if I look down at my feet and not feeling it lol . They are great looking boots . Hope the heels were a bit higher . Thanks got sharing . I’m not very tall
